What is Optimum Health Balance?

Optimum Health Balance (OHB) is an holistic system of Kinesiology used to create and sustain health, well-being and more effective functioning of the body.

It is founded on the principles which the ancient practice of acupuncture introduced over 3000 years ago (but does not use needles).  Instead, it is based on the use of symbols and universal energy, to provide a simple but highly effective way for increasing our energy to the highest possible level at the time of balance.

In this way, it establishes why the body is out of balance, tackling the underlying cause of the issue and not just the symptoms.  It enhances our natural healing abilities and helps us to deal with both chronic and minor health issues, relieving pain and restoring harmony and balance to the client.
